Key Responsibilities :
- Represent a Digital Marketing management institute, that are globally-ranked and highly acclaimed.
- Be a subject matter expert: Be intimately familiar with the programs and the career outcomes offered by the institutes, the visa and entry requirements for each program, and student profiles that suit each program.
- Assess applications and conduct integrity checks for documents, in accordance with the guidelines specified by the institutes.
- Attend online training sessions that are organized by the institutes or our internal trainers.
- Devote time to research; get familiar with the programs and student outcomes offered by competing hotel management and/or culinary institutes.
- Get familiar with the cloud-based CRM and productivity platforms we use. Comfortable with generating reports, tracking student progress and taking the appropriate action.
- Prepare a regular action plan, that details the task you will complete within a stipulated time frame.

- Prepare a regular activity report, that tracks the progress you made vs. the plan you prepared, in conjunction with your line manager.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Candidates who have a degree in hotel management or psychology, will be given preference.
Experience :
3 years work experience in the education counseling space

- Meticulous attention to detail, timeliness of task completion and deadline adherence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish a rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage heavy workloads, work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Salary range 12000-15000.
