Samecart Private Limited has three operational components: E-Commerce, Edu-Tech, and Digital Marketing Solutions. The company was originally called Silicon Cybertech India Private Limited. The company currently offers a variety of online services. The company successfully operates the Edu-tech portal Edubox. The company is an accredited partner of Digiperform, Hindustan Times Media partner company in Kochi, which provides digital marketing skills development training Programmes

The company launched Edubox a student materials-sharing and E shopping platform in 2016. Edubox provides e-learning solutions for students in the form of free download Question papers, Study materials, Syllabuses, Videos, etc. In 2019 company started Digiskillsetters a Digital Skill development and job placement platform.
